I'm scheming up a patchwork duvet cover for my down comforter and am trying to match my color swatch to this photo, which is my design inspiration.
What do you think? How well do the colors match? Which would you adjust? I made the color swatch using Kuler, a fun Adobe program. The hues will look a little different depending on your browser and the angle of your computer screen, but I hope this gives a general idea.
My plan is to send the color swatch to all the crafty folks I know and ask them to send me their scraps that match. Do you want to be included in this community craftiwork? Do you have scraps to share? Drop me a note below if you do.

hi elli! i think your palette is fun. if you want to be true to the photo, though, i would take out the cerise and add a cherry red. then, you might also want to add a royal or navy blue. just my thoughts. fun project! cheers! roch
I like the colors you've selected, and not being as well-versed in what colors are actually called, I cannot offer advice like Ro can (I tend to give colors as they relate to bird species which is only helpful for other birders). I do have some flannel material that would match that scheme...it's Christmas fishies with little hats and bows each in their own little colored box. You're welcome to come over and have a look. I love that idea for a duvet cover!
I notice the cat isn't represented in the swatches...

Your palette as pulled from the photo is great, I think the raspberry comes from the little stuffed guy. It might be good to deepen that one. Let me know, I have a "Few" scraps.
